  Mulligoon has been appointed Chief Procurement and Bartering Officer for the Summer Solstice by Chairman Malancrank.
  Mulligoon had not responded to this elevation as yet, but as you know that doesn't matter. He cannot reject the position. He can, however, be fired. Remember he was chairman a few years ago. He lasted hours rather than months before being fired. Who fired him? Malancrank.
