Andale: Fish cooked to order, barbecued ribs, juicy cheeseburgers and fries; in the heart of Old Puerto Vallarta. Medium prices. The downstairs bar is fun and crowded. The upstairs terrace restaurant is peaceful, with good a view. Breakfast, lunch & dinner. Great place for a beverage!
